The Writing Center
The Writing Center, administered by the Department of English
and Theatre, serves the writing needs of the students and faculty at Eastern,
whether it be papers for class, cover letters and resumes, or longer works such
as graduate theses. The Writing Center is the place to go for help on starting,
working in process, and even proofreading final drafts. Writing Center tutors
can also help students with reading assignments. Reading software for practicing
skills is available there as well. The center is located in Case Annex 173.
Visit the center web site for more information and hours or operation. http://www.english.eku.edu/WC/.
Student Evaluation of Instruction --- see pages
49-52 in the Department of English and Theatre Handbook. Full-time non-tenured

as well as the department student evaluation form in two classes per semester.
Part-time instructors are required to administer IDEA (standardized) student
evaluations as well as the department student evaluation form in at least one

You may contact her for samples of these materials.
